Tools for Success

There are a few grilling accessories that you must have, a few more that you need to have and several more that are nice to have. Below is a list of my favorite things.

Must Have:

• Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
• Basting Brush
• Kosher Salt
• Pepper Mill with Black Peppercorns
• Locking Long-Handled Chef Tongs
• Brass Bristle Cleaning Brush or crumpled up aluminum foil
• Instant-Read Meat Thermometer

Need to Have:

• Heavy Duty Mitt
• Long Handled Spatula

Nice to Have:

• GrillMat
• Instant Read Meat Thermometer with remote monitor
• Tray to carry all of your grilling supplies
• Resealable plastic bags for marinating or oiling food
• Favorite sea salt
• Fleur de Sel

• Pizza Peel
• Rib Rack
• Outdoor or Grill Light
